AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” is one of the first banks in Latvia that has used the opportunity to borrow funds from a Latvian bank that is a member of an international finance group, thus being put a confidence into by a Scandinavian banking group Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.In 2004 AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” completed one of the most important projects in its history - the first public issue of the Bank’s unsecured notes in the amount of EUR 3,855,500 and term to maturity of 2 years was successfully carried out.
